TERMS & CONDITIONS – DTL Tennis

Policies & Procedures

By signing accepting these terms and conditions, I hereby authorise the staff of DTL Tennis to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I release DTL Tennis from any and all liability for injury or illness and costs, incurred while undertaking a program or event with DTL Tennis. I agree to DTL Tennis Make Up & Cancellation & Weather Policies. Photographs and Video make be taken and used in promotions by DTL Tennis.

Make up & Cancellation Policy

Ryan must be notified via text or email at least 24 hours before cancelling a lesson in order for that lesson to be rescheduled. A maximum of 2 client cancellations per term will be rescheduled, any additional client cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. All lessons cancelled within 24 hours will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Lessons can be made up in School Holidays of term for ANZ Hot Shots / Groups, Privates / Semi Private lessons.

Make-up lessons procedure

We will organise and book your make up lesson and notify you.

Hot Weather Policy

Lessons will be cancelled if higher than 35o C @ Noarlunga, at the time of the lesson. Bring extra drinks on warm days. All lessons cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled or refunded.

Hot Weather Procedure

Where possible your coach will contact you via phone message or email 30 mins prior to your scheduled lesson to let you know if your lesson/s will be cancelled due to heat. If you do not get a call, text, Facebook post or email, please presume the lesson is going ahead as normal.

Wet weather policy

No wet weather cancellations for coaching programs.
Only Match Play will be cancelled due to wet weather.
No play No pay.

Will be notified 30 mins prior to lesson via text, email, facebook

Term Re-Enrollment

Current participants enrolled in DTL Tennis lessons are given priority for the next term. All participants will be automatically re-enrolled for the following term – in the same class on the same day at the same time (unless advised before the start of the term). If you do not wish to continue lessons, please let us know as soon as possible.

Payments Policy

All term fees will be due by start of the second week of the term, unless discussed about payment plans. Payments must be made by EFT (details on the invoice), or cash in a marked envelope.
A $10 late payment fee will apply if not paid by start of the third week, unless on payment plan previously discussed

Refund policy

All term fees will be due by start of the second week of the term, unless discussed about payment plans. No refunds will be given for non-attendance at group or private lessons if notified with less than 24 hours. A refund or credit may be offered if you have a valid medical reason which prevents you / your child from attending 3 or more classes in a row.

Refund procedure

We will refund by EFT to your preferred account or use it as a discount for next term payment.

Complaints policy

It is our policy to enable customers to provide feedback or raise a complaint about any aspect of our coaching service we provide or the operation of our facilities.

You can send an email or text and we will give you a call to discuss your complaint.

Medical & Liability

Photography & Video Images

I acknowledge that DTL Tennis may film, use video analysis and photography during programs, lessons and events. I acknowledge and agree that this usage, including for marketing & promotion purposes, is without compensation or notice to myself. Images may be used on our website, social media and other promotional material.
